Some of the most disrespectful people I've ever met. They act like they make the electric themselves.
When we moved I went into this office and asked them to discontinue my services. I was assured it would be handled after the lady behind the counter took my name and address. I received the bill I owed and paid it. I then received a bill the second month of being gone to discover they never disconnected the services. When I called the manager to dispute it, she informed me I had to fill out paperwork in order to have it disconnected. I asked her how I would know to do that if whoever the employee was I initially spoke to didn't do her job properly. They have since harassed my wife and I over the dispute by calling our current water department demanding they disconnect our services because we are disputing their bill. Unfortunately for them, the law states that if the bill is UNDISPUTED, you cannot get services in another municipality.
